Today's report is about the lives of the Turkana people in Kenya. What is life like for them? What problems do they have to face? What is being done to help them? The first exercise prepares you for some of the vocabulary you will hear. Spend as long as you need on the listening exercise, then try to complete an imaginary interview with a Turkana chief using expressions used in the report. Because of the strong African accent in much of the report, this lesson is rated as difficult.
