Today's report is about a small village in Italy. Why is the Mayor not happy? What does he propose doing? What has already been done? Do all the villagers agree with him? The first exercise prepares you for some of the vocabulary you will hear. Spend as long as you need on the listening exercise, then try to complete a summary of the report with verbs and prepositions you heard.
